Stuart Florida Blue Marlin Fishing

The Blue Marlin fishing off the coast of Stuart Florida in the deep blue waters of the Gulfstream is excellent during the spring ,summer and fall. The Blue Marlin in this photo was caught and released in about 850 feet of water off the coast of Stuart Florida in September on the Reel Busy. This Blue Marlin was about 250lbs and took about 3 hours to land on 20lb tackle. We would normally be using 30 to 50 pound tackle for Blue Marlin but this fish was hooked-up whike dolphin fishin.
