The Tarpon is a must for any serious angler to catch and release, they will test your skill, endurance and will challenge you every minute you have them hooked-up. The Tarpon migrate up and down both the east coast and west coast of Florida, along the Treasure Coast the summer months and early fall tends to be the best time. Although Stuart may not be considered a hot spot for Tarpon, we catch'em between 50 and 150 pounds in July, August and September.
